Unfortunately, we have had to cancel our July 4th Kids Fishing Clinic due to the drought conditions. Low flow and high water temperatures are the main reasons. Colorado Parks & Wildlife are unable to stock water with higher temperatures and we, along with them, are asking people not to fish Bear Creek at this time. NO FISHING signs have been posted all along Bear Creek. Let's not stress the fish in our home water!
But, you can enjoy high mountain still water fishing with Ron Belak at Trappers Lake! That event is still on for Wednesday, July 11 through Sunday, July 15.
